DevOps Evangelist

Clarive is looking for a DevOps evangelist to join our international team.

As a DevOps Evangelist you will serve both as a technical expert on our
solutions as well as a voice and champion for our users, prospects, and
partners, driving feedback to engineering and product management.

Fun things you get to do:

  • Advocate the adoption of the Clarive Cloud the broader DevOps community, users, prospects and partners.
  • Work with exciting tech partners worldwide to help them with their Clarive
    adoption or implementations.
  • Contribute to and create integrations and orchestration blueprints.
  • Evangelize our products in person and online by presenting at conferences,
    blogging, writing technical tutorials, and other similar activities.

The DevOps Evangelist is also going to:

  • Provide DevOps, build and release, and CI/CD expertise to agile teams in the
    enterprise.
  • Evaluate prospective engagements, draft proposals, and advise partners on how
    to achieve strategic development objectives using DevOps methodologies.
  • Work with senior software managers and architects to develop multi-generation
    software technology plans.
  • Drive world-class quality in the development and support of the Clarive
    product line, making it become even more valuable to our community.
  • Engage subject matter experts in successful transfer of complex domain
    knowledge.
  • You will work closely with the rest of the Clarive team to deliver an
    outstanding pre-sales experience, drive revenue growth through supporting new
    and existing customers, and promote Clarive throughout the DevOps community.

This position requires hands-on technical and theoretical knowledge of:

  • DevOps practices and toolset
  • Application Release Management
  • Build, test and deploy automation, including CI/CD
  • Delivery orchestration and infrastructure provisioning
  • A good grasp of classical SDLC theory and ITIL processes
